Lendara was founded by Tim after years of running a successful automotive business and navigating finance firsthand. Through that experience, he saw how confusing and intimidating the lending process could be, especially for first home buyers, self-employed clients and families trying to make confident decisions.
Tim created Lendara to offer something different. A more relaxed, human approach where clients feel listened to, supported and fully informed. He believes good advice starts with understanding, followed by clear communication and guidance that feels practical and achievable.
When you work with Lendara, you’re working directly with Tim. From your first conversation through to settlement, he’s there to guide you through the process, answer questions and make sure nothing ever feels rushed or unclear. His focus is always on creating a calm experience and helping clients feel confident about the decisions they’re making.
